Martina McBride has a great song that is about an abused child. The song itself is very sad, but it really explains how people overlook abuse and how it can lead to the death of a child or a life of suffering mentally.

  1. Hi Jill,

Your blog looks great. What a powerful song by Martina McBride. The video on how to detect child abuse and what to do about it was good. I hadn't really thought about how suspicious a child wearing long sleeves and pants in warm weather is. I have seen this before and thought maybe the parents were behind in their laundry (which could be the case). Like the video says, it's best to error on the side of caution. Good information!
